Wheelchair and pushchair friendly decking and flat surfaces throughout most of the site, with wheelchair-accessible Ice Rink and Sky Skate Ice Path (assistance required), a lift to the first floor near the Slim Chickens entrance, and dedicated disabled toilets on site. The Ice Bar is not wheelchair accessible due to its stone flooring.
