Mobility Directory (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at https://mobility.directory — a community platform connecting people across the UK and Ireland with mobility equipment, accessible vehicles and disability support services. Our contact email is info@mobility.directory.

When you sign in with Google

We receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We use this solely to create and manage your account on Mobility Directory. We do not receive your Google password.

When you submit an enquiry or contact form

We collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, may be added to our contact database (powered by Brevo) for follow-up communications.

When you browse the site

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information. We may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and improve site performance.
