1. About Mobility Directory
Mobility Directory (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online community platform at https://mobility.directory that connects people across the UK and Ireland with mobility equipment suppliers, accessible vehicles, and disability support services. By using our website you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit listings. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
When you sign in via Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately at info@mobility.directory of any unauthorised use.
4. Listings and content
Users and businesses may submit listings, reviews and other content to the platform. By submitting content you confirm that:
- You have the right to post it
- It is accurate and not misleading
- It does not infringe any third-party rights
- It complies with all applicable UK laws
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we consider harmful, offensive or inappropriate.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Post false, misleading or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or business
- Use the platform to spam or send unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape or systematically extract data without our written permission
6. Business listings
We offer free and paid listing options for businesses. We do not guarantee any particular level of visibility or enquiries. Listing fees (where applicable) are non-refundable once the listing has gone live.
7. Third-party links
The platform contains links to third-party websites and businesses. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site. Inclusion in our directory does not constitute endorsement.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Mobility Directory is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Intellectual property
All content, design and code on Mobility Directory (excluding user-submitted content) is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
11. Governing law
